Falcons News · Brandon Spence named Speed and Strength Coordinator

Coach Brandon Spence graduated from The Citadel in 2001 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. While at The Citadel he played football, rugby and was a member of the indoor/outdoor track team. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Air Force and completed his service in 2006 as a Captain specializing in training development programs for the military. Coach Spence has been involved in youth sports for over 15 years in a variety of different roles and sports including football, baseball, wrestling, as well as strength and conditioning for a variety of skilled athletes. While at Ben Lippen, he coached the middle school football team and assisted with strength and conditioning. He is a Speed of Sport, Certified Sports Performance Specialist (2016) which is rooted in foundational skill development specifically for athletes.

It’s essential to the next generation we pass on the importance of character, discipline, perseverance, integrity, effort, hard work, and learning to face adversity with reliance upon Christ.”
